I have long very fine hair which has been badly damaged by crimping and teasing. I've also had it coloured in the past. Is there a treatment that will make my hair smooth again or do I need to cut it off?

I have naturally curly hair and nothing works to control it like the keratin treatment. I come in every three or four months and my hair stays shiny and easy to manage.
