You are invited to relax in these lovely facilities prior to your treatment with our compliments. Please arrive 1 hour prior to your appointment time and please bring swimwear. Robes, towels and slippers are supplied and there are lockers for your possessions.
Roman Spa Bath
Inspired by architecture of the Romans our large Spa Bath is our defining feature. A unisex facility, its temperature is set to a therapeutic level to induce relaxation and set you floating toward increased well-being and allowing you to relax prior to your treatments.
Sauna
The Cedarwood Saunas dry heat environment envelopes you in warmth, boosting circulation and aiding the elimination of toxins from your body. For maximum therapeutic benefit the Sauna is best experienced in combination with the cold Plunge Pool or a cool shower for a concluding burst of refreshment.
Steam Room
Indulge in the moist Eucalyptus infused vapors of the Steam Room for head and sinus clarity, deep breathing, increased circulation and an all over sense of relaxation. As with usage of the Sauna we once again recommend you immediately follow this treatment with a cold Plunge or cool shower to increase vitality.
Plunge Pool
Drink in the refreshment and feel invigorated by concluding your experience of the facilities with a cool plunge. Conveniently located adjacent to the Sauna and Steam Rooms this deep pool of cold water heightens your senses and aids the elimination of toxins from the circulation.
Harbour Day Spa - Gold Coast will provide you with luxurious pool towels, white gowns and slippers to use during your visit with us. All you need to bring is your swimwear.
